James
Hi I’m James! I love spin and will always try to fill the room with positivity, love, and light! I work as a chemist in the corporate world, but will always make time to prioritize mental and physical health, but will never turn down a sweet treat.
The first ever spin class I took was here at Sweat Cycle House in 2019 and immediately fell in love. Over the years spin has been a staple in my fitness journey. I became a spin coach at C-Cycle House August 2023, and was so happy to come over and teach at SCH after the merge! I hope to inspire and empower others to make positive changes in their lives through rhythm cycling for years to come.
