As we continue to grow and sweat together, there are policies that we must follow for everyones safety.

Once the doors shut we have to follow to these policies so we can continue to be safe during our sweat.

Thank you for following them as we strive to continue our safe environment.

Membership Cancellation Policy:

Sweat Cycle House will need to receive a written 30 day notice which is required for all memberships. Monthly AutoPay memberships, cancellation requests received less than 30 days prior to autopay will be charged an additional month. Student Memberships must provide proof of ID.

Package Membership details:

Sweat Cycle House will allow members to bring a guest pass, however It will deduct from the credit package if you do not have an unlimited pass.

Frozen Policies:

Sweat Cycle House will allow members to freeze their account with the timeframe they provide. The requirements is to have an end date for the membership to renew. Freezing your account can help you save money on monthly fees. One is only allowed one request to freeze their account per calendar year. Since you're not currently using the gym, you won't have to pay the full membership cost. Plus, when you're ready to reactivate your account, you can get back into the gym right away. This is seperate from the cancellation policy.

24 hours Advanced Scheduling:

Sweat Cycle House will allow members one free no-show per calendar month. $15 for all additional no-shows will apply. $10 late fee for classes does not apply.

Membership contracts :

Student contracts are required a 4 month minimum commitment. 6 month (month to month) Memberships require a 6 month minimum commitment.

RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY

You acknowledge that there are hazards and risks associated with or connected to physical fitness and exercise. These risks include, but are not limited to, abnormal blood pressure, fainting, heart disorders, heart attack, dehydration, heat exhaustion, sprains, muscle strain, blisters, stress fractures and other broken bones, shin splints, tendinitis, cartilage tears, bursitis, back pain, and bruising of joints. Exercise beyond your physical limits and accidents involving SCH's exercise equipment may result in serious injury or even death.. you agree that you participate in any Ride and every other activity at the Facility at your own risk. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SCH against any loss, damage, or expense incurred by reason of any claim or liability based upon personal injury (including death) or property damage arising out of your negligent or intentional action(s). You agree to release SCH and its members, owners, officers, agents, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability arising out of any injury you may experience and further agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SCH and its members, owners, officers, agents, employees, and affiliates against such injury(ies). You hereby consent to being photographed via any surveillance cameras that may be in use for the protection of the Facility, its equipment, and other riders.

Sweat Cycle House Student Discount Policy


Effective Date: August 21st, 2024

At Sweat Cycle House, we are committed to offering our valued student members exclusive discounts to support their fitness journeys. To ensure that this benefit is provided to active students, we are implementing a new policy regarding the verification of student status.

Policy Details:

1. **Eligibility for Student Discount:**

   - The student discount is available to all currently enrolled students at accredited educational institutions, including high schools, colleges, universities, and vocational schools.

2. **Proof of Student Status:**

   - To continue receiving the student discount, all student members must provide proof of their current student status. Acceptable forms of proof include:

     - A valid student ID card with the current academic year.

     - A current class schedule or enrollment verification from the institution.

     - An official letter from the school confirming enrollment.

3. **Verification Process:**

   - Student members must present their proof of student status at the front desk of Sweat Cycle House.

   - Verification of student status must be done at the start of each academic term (semester or quarter) or annually, depending on the institution's academic calendar.

4. **Discount Application:**

   - Once verified, the student discount will be applied to the member’s account for the duration of the academic term or the specified verification period.

   - Failure to provide proof of student status by the required verification date will result in the suspension of the student discount until proper verification is provided.

5. **Renewal and Expiration:**

   - The student discount must be renewed each term or annually, in line with the verification process.

   - Members will be notified via email and/or through their member account about upcoming verification deadlines.

6. **Non-Compliance:**

   - Members who fail to provide proof of student status by the designated deadline will be required to pay the standard membership rate until they can provide the necessary documentation.

   - Repeated failure to comply with the verification process may result in the permanent loss of the student discount privilege.

Implementation:

- This policy is effective starting August 21, 2024. All current and new student members are required to adhere to these guidelines to maintain their student discount.
